Apple is always very cruises about save their own product designs about new inventions by Apple Inc. so it is the reason that Apple set a deal for using Swiss Railway Operator SBB's Trademark Station Clock Design on iPad and iPhone. This clock design is basically designed by Hans Hilfiker has pointed out about the said trademark violation by Apple on new iOS and iPad. This shows that Apple will pay to Swiss Railway Operator for using their trademarked Clock design to his technology Gadgets. It is to be remembered here that Apple has also wins heavy amount through US Court from Samsung for copying their patents of iPhone into Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
