- Install Windows Zune or Windows Phone 7 Connector software on your PC.
- Charge Your Phone Battery in Full and Connect Lumia Phone to PC with USB Data Cable.
- After connecting mobile to PC, if Zune or Connector does not start automatically then start it by manually.
